The hostel is nested among quiet ambience, greenery and the old rustic charm of colonial single story houses. Newly renovated rooms equipped with air-conditioning, attached shower room cum toilet and pantry. Regular complimentary shuttle mini bus service between hostel and Bukit TImah Road.

Minimum stay shall be 3 months, subject to students having all the required documents i.e. valid passport and student pass issued by ICAS. For shorter term additional rental of $50 per month will be charged.
Rental payment shall be payable quarterly in advance with 1 month's rental as security deposit (refundable).
Administration charge per student $100 (1 time payment non-refundable).
Booking will be reserved only after the receival of deposit fee S$200

○ Free common shared internet access is available subject to terms and conditions
○ Students will have to provide their own bedding covers, pillow and blanket.
