Like other students that enjoy the services of our 65hostel follow up services, our professional pick up staff was standing right on the arrival area in Singapore Changi Airport, holding a name card of "Li Xiaomeng".

As Singapore was Li's first abroad travel experience, before Li could see our pick up staff, she admitted that she was extremely nervous and worried with all kind of problems that she may face after the arrival at Singapore. Howevre, all kind of preocupation went out when Li has been received by our driver Michael.

In the hall of the airport, our pick-up service staff was very caring to help Li to buy the Singapore local mobile phone card, so Li could tell her parents that she has arrived safely in Singapore.
Having had arranged well above matters, our pick up personnel assisted Li to carry luggage to the Mercedes-Benz car and pick her to the WhiteHouse Student Hostel, where 65hostel has had already reserved a quad sharing room for Li Xiaomeng.

After one night of rest, we started one full day of Singapore follow up service activities.

The first is to go to Kaplan Institute where Li could report herself to the school staffs and get informed about school related issues, such as material collection matters and class commencement date.

Then our overseas follow up service personnel guided Li to Chinatown to exchange the local currency. Students take note! Foreign currency exchange rate at the airport is the most uneconomical, after you arrive in Singapore, convertibility to local currency in the downtown area is much more reasonable.

65hostel does not only provide one service, but teaching students how they can life better in Singapore, we will accompany the student to take MRT or bus to get to school. The image above is the photo taken of Li in the Chinatown MRT station and with Singapore MRT map in the background.

This is our 65hostel long-term business partner - Raffles Hospital. The hospital has a trajetory of excellent reputation and is considered as one of the best private hospital/clinic in Singapore. Looking at this clean and confortable environment, you will never think it as a hospital. In Raffles Hospital, Li did all the necessry medical check up required by ICA, before she  apply for the student pass.

After the end of the medical check up, our service personnel accompanied Li to open a savings account at local DBS Bank. Li told us, due to the fact that she will be living with other students,

she was afraid of caring all the money along with her. Once the bank account has been opened, Li was much more relaxed.

The last activity of the second follow up service day was bring Li back to the hostel. When asked about her roommates and feedback about the hostel, Li mentioned thta she was extremelly satisfied with the accommodation offered and want to extend her contrat.  But when we reached her bedroom,  the scene that we saw was a little different. Li admitted that due to the fact that this room is currently empty with no other roomamtes, so the room is therefore somewhat messy, Li said that she has had just arrived and did not yet packed all her personal belongings.

After one week, 65hostel follow up service staff also accompanied Li to apply for a student pass in ICA.
